I though this was a really interesting article and report talking about the future workforce and the education required to meet the demands.
Attached is the full report.
How are folks distinguishing the difference between the various levels of administration on the TPM tool? Very new so I may have more to learn but not sure I see a difference between a business admin user and collaborative admin user.
Thank you!
Hi Matthew,
I work on the TPM webtool, I have attached a one-page document that provides on overview of each of the TPM user roles along with a visual of how the network and roles work to determine what data can be seen by the user based on their role. Please let me know if you have any other questions, you can reach me directly at olivia.miller@siu.edu.

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation Talent Pipeline ManagementTM initiative started in 2014 as an effort to mobilize the business community to close the skills gap by applying lessons learned from supply chain management to its education and workforce partnerships. The idea is that if employers play an expanded leadership role as “end-customers” of a talent supply chain, they will be more effective at organizing performance-driven partnerships with responsive preferred education and workforce training providers.
Building on lessons learned from piloting this initiative, the TPM AcademyTM was organized. This in-person, six strategy training focuses on developing the capacity of business organizations seeking to organize employer members and orchestrate talent supply chains. The TPM Academy is supported by a curriculum and related software tools that will give staff inside these organizations the knowledge, skills, and ability to implement talent supply chain solutions on behalf of their employer members.
This curriculum was originally released in October of 2017, and then updated and released as Edition 2 in June 2018. The curriculum contains six major sections, all of which are available for download.
For those interested in a one page overview of TPM's evolution and a brief description on TPM resources, this one page document fits the bill. It is a helpful resource for Strategy 0 meetings.
