The Edison Early Childhood Education Career Pathway is an effort to develop a sustainable career pathway that addresses the need for qualified Early Learning Professionals in the Edison, Northside, and Eastside neighborhoods of Kalamazoo, Michigan. This employer-led collaborative will improve access to high-quality childcare, support the well-being of families, and improve the local economy through business incubation, expansion, and entrepreneurship as well as talent development at the neighborhood level.
