Starved Rock Advantage: The link between employers, the workforce, and educators.

Purpose:

An employer-led system of career exploration, education, training, and work-based learning so students, upon graduation, possess the skills required by Starved Rock regional employers

Those already in the workforce can select career development opportunities and receive education, training, and work-based learning to enhance their desirability and employability to Starved Rock regional employers.

Vision:

Employers of the Starved Rock region will have access to a qualified, engaged, and sustainable workforce.

Students will graduate with a vision for their future and a roadmap for success.
