The OneUP Manufacturing Collective is a sector-based group focused on addressing the workforce challenges throughout the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. This collective is an action-oriented group implementing proven tools and processes developed by the US Chamber of Commerce's Talent Pipeline Management model. We will work to increase the profitability and success of our businesses, lift up our communities and support our citizens through responsible and innovative data-driven solutions. We will treat all with respect and push the Upper Peninsula to be a leader and example to other rural communities and organizations throughout our state and nation.
