West Michigan Works! Mission Statement

The Talent Pipeline Management team in West Michigan consists of West Michigan Works!, Lakeshore Advantage, Talent 2025, and The Right Place. West Michigan Works! serves as the host organization, however we come together in partnership to assist the business community to form industry specific employer collaboratives to address their most critical workforce needs using talent supply chain strategies and practices.   

In partnership with employers, educators, economic developers and community organizations, we work to create a qualified workforce that meets our region’s current and future talent needs and fuels our shared economic future.
